One 30 min session every week, includes a personalized home exercise program, self-treatment and recovery advice, and monthly progressions. This is a great option for athletes who may not need hands-on treatment but want guidance in their exercise journey.

A focused consultation that provides answers, recommendations, and a roadmap for your injury and recovery goals. This may be helpful for people with particularly complex cases who are already receiving orthopedic healthcare or people without a healthcare provider looking for help navigating their options.
